Your office space lease will include a requirement for First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent and a Security Deposit (equal to one month’s rent). These amounts are due when the lease is signed.
No, all office suites are unfurnished, but we can refer you to local office furniture stores that sell new and used furniture.
Our minimum term is six (6) months. Your lease will then be up for renewal, or it may continue on a month-to-month basis.
We require liability and property damage insurance. Our lease agreement will outline the specific requirements for tenant insurance.
