Does the Elite Executive Center have receptionist services?

The Elite Executive Center does not offer reception services. The lobby area is provided with a directory and telephone for guests to call upon arrival.

Is the Elite Executive Center open 24 hours a day?

Guests with meeting room reservations have access between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Elite Executive Center tenants and Virtual Office Package subscribers enjoy extended hours.

What deposits are required for an office space lease?

Your office space lease will include a requirement for First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent and a Security Deposit (equal to one month’s rent). These amounts are due when the lease is signed.

Are the office suites furnished?

No, all office suites are unfurnished, but we can refer you to local office furniture stores that sell new and used furniture.

What is the minimum term for an office space lease?

Our minimum term is six (6) months. Your lease will then be up for renewal, or it may continue on a month-to-month basis.

What are the insurance requirements to lease office space?

We require liability and property damage insurance. Our lease agreement will outline the specific requirements for tenant insurance.

Are meeting rooms available for booking on weekends?

Sorry, meeting room reservations are only accepted during weekdays (Mon-Fri). For weekend use of our amenities, please consider leasing one of our office suites, or becoming a Virtual Office Package subscriber.

Does the Elite Executive Center allow outside food catering?

Yes, you may make arrangements with an outside vendor for food catering.
